Soak Smith’s Recover is a unisex sports blend that utilises magnesium to aide muscle recovery after the toughest workouts.
Recover combines functional Epsom salts with Blue Mallee Eucalyptus, Fennel, French Lavender and Cypress essential oils to create an effective post-exercise mineral bath soak which works to eliminate built up lactic acid, reduce muscle soreness and reintroduce much-needed magnesium to the body.
Unlike most Epsom salts that are synthetically made, Soak Smith Epsom salts are sourced from a natural resource in Kasel, Germany, one of the few places in the world where real Epsom salts can still be found. They're then blended in Victoria's Yarra Valley with pure essential oils to create a truly unique bathing experience.
