Soak Smith aims to post all orders within 1 business day. We offer free standard delivery within Australia via Australia Post (this usually takes 2-5 business days). We also ship our products worldwide! International shipping is charged from $15 (please allow 5 to 10 business days). Returns/Refund
Customers may return any unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at hello@soaksmith.com and we will advise the process. Goods must be returned unused, with seal unbroken and in original packaging. The customer must pay for return shipping costs, unless goods are faulty or not as ordered. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. Soak Smith will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure. Soak Smith will credit your original method of payment and currency once returned goods are received at our warehouse.
