Our collection of Epsom salt blends are made from real Epsom salts from a natural resource in Kasel, Germany, one of the few places in the world where naturally occurring Epsom salts can be found. We then infuse the natural Epsom salts with functional essential oils to offer a bathing experience like no other that works to aide muscle recovery, detoxify the body & mind, and promote a restful night’s sleep.

Soak Smith’s signature unisex blend RECOVER utilises magnesium to directly aide in muscle recovery. RECOVER combines functional Epsom salts with Blue Mallee Eucalyptus, Fennel, French Lavender and Cypress essential oils to create an effective post-workout mineral bath soak which works to eliminate built up lactic acid, reduce muscle soreness and reintroduce much-needed magnesium to the body.

REFRESH combines the uplifting elements of Mandarin, Jasmine, Ylang Ylang and Rose essential oils with Epsom salts to revitalise body & mind and soak away impurities and stresses.

RELAX features a romantic blend of Lavender, Rose Geranium, Frankincense, Ylang Ylang and Jasmine Absolute essential oils that have been blended with Soak Smith’s signature Epsom salts together with native red Hawaiian sea salt and whole red rose buds to set the scene for a relaxing soak.
