Summer Fruits for Glowing Skin

Here at Soak Smith HQ were a little bit excited about the change in seasons and the first harvest of Summer fruits that are beginning to land at our local green grocers.

Mangoes, papaya, sweet pineapples and melons are just starting to come into season and are great for that healthy glowing skin.

They are packed with nutrients that feed your skin - vitamins A, B + C, as well as fibre to ensure a happy digestive system (the key to good health and natural beauty) plus the water content in fruits like watermelon are a great way to hydrate in the morning.

Each morning we turn up the music and start cutting up mangoes and papaya and sprinkle passionfruits and seeds to make a feast for everyone in the house.

We crunch on watermelon triangles during our meetings and snack on cashew nuts and berries at our desks... these little moments throughout the day bring a smile to our faces and help contribute to healthy, glowing skin and a happy life overall.
